Each event follows the same process, each closing shift is completed in the same way, to set up the next person opening in that role for success. We follow checklists to ensure that our processes are enabling us to deliver that high level of customer service each and every time.
Improvement
We constantly improve and raise the bar on our service experience, facility, brand, and ourselves. We only hire people who are dedicated to improvement—that may be listening to podcasts, reading books, or even exercise, we strive to improve ourselves and our business.
